If you cannot connect to eduroam and are using a computer, a phone, or a tablet, there are a few things you can try. If you are using another device, see Knowledgebase Article RHIT-Open
The best thing to always try first is simply to restart the computer.
Next, you can try to forget the network (by right clicking or long tapping usually) and then reconnect to it. When you reconnect, make sure that you are using your full Rose-Hulman email address and password. If you are on Windows and have a checkbox to use your Windows account, do not check it.
If you still cannot connect to eduroam and are on Windows, you can try a network reset. Navigate to settings, then search for network reset. Click reset now and then restart your computer. Try to connect again.
If you are still having trouble, the best thing to do is to come by the EIT Service Desk on the lower level of Crapo.
