Search for Control Panel then Configuration Manager
 
 
 
Click on Cache tab and enter your administrator information - click on Delete Files - check mark on Delete persisted cache content and click Yes
 
 
Click on Actions tab and choose the following followed by Run Now:   Application Deployment Evaluation Cycle, Hardware Inventory Cycle, Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle and Software Inventory Cycle
 
   
 
Restart laptop and download Software
