Your old account credentials are most likely cached and need to be cleared from your system.

To remove the credentials on a Windows operating system, follow these steps:

  1. Click the network symbol on the taskbar
  2. Select eduroam
  3. Right click eduroam
  4. Select Forget
  5. Select eduroam
  6. Select Connect
  7. You’ll be prompted for your credentials, enter full email (username@rose-hulman.edu) and network password.
  8. Click Connect when prompted

Similar steps should be taken on mobile cellular devices, campus VPN, etc. for them to connect using your new credentials.
