Your old account credentials are most likely cached and need to be cleared from your system.
To remove the credentials on a Windows operating system, follow these steps:
- Click the network symbol on the taskbar
- Select eduroam
- Right click eduroam
- Select Forget
- Select eduroam
- Select Connect
- You’ll be prompted for your credentials, enter full email (username@rose-hulman.edu) and network password.
- Click Connect when prompted
Similar steps should be taken on mobile cellular devices, campus VPN, etc. for them to connect using your new credentials.
