All student devices are purchased with a 4-year limited warranty.  If you are off campus and have a hardware-related problem, you may contact the vendor directly for support and/or visit a local service provider.  EIT is still available through our normal channels to provide remote support for Rose-Hulman specific questions (e.g. changing passwords, troubleshooting institute software issues, etc.)
