How do I share my exact class schedule (includes class information) with someone else?

You must first export your schedule from Banner. For instructions, click here: How to export your class schedule. 
 

- Office 365

  1. Go to office.com and sign in using your Rose-Hulman email address.
  2. Open the Outlook application.
  3. Click the menu icon at the top left side of the page and select 'Calendar'.
  4. Click the 'Share' button in the top navigation bar of the page.
  5. Search for the email address or name of the person you want to share your calendar with, and select their contact info from the dropdown that appears.
  6. Click 'Share'.

- Outlook Application

  1. Open outlook and click the calendar icon on the bottom left-hand panel on the screen.
  2. Click the 'Share Calendar' icon on the top navigation bar in the 'Home' tab.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to share your calendar with. Alternatively, you can search the address book for a person whose email address is unknown.
  4. OPTIONAL - You can request to view the recipient's calendar as well by checking the 'Request permission to view recipient's calendar' box.
  5. Ensure the 'Allow recipient to view your Calendar' box is checked.
  6. Choose the level of detail you would like to share from the 'Details' dropdown. Explanations of each level of detail are below the dropdown.
  7. Click 'Send'.
