How do I share my class schedule (busy/free time only)?

You must first export your schedule from Banner. For instructions, click here: How to export your class schedule.

To facilitate scheduling of team and group activities, you have the ability to import your class schedule into the Outlook calendar. This will allow you to share your availability for meetings/activities with classmates, and the faculty and staff of the institution. By default, items on your calendar will show your time as ‘Busy’ to others and not reveal any other details about why that time is marked busy. This busy information is also available in the EMS room scheduling system.
