Please note that any software not listed in the DFS Software folder is not supported by EIT and we will not be able to provide you with installation assistance. If you are following the instructions for supported software and something unexpected happens, you should submit a request for support from the EIT Service Desk through the online portal. When requesting support, be sure to describe in as much detail as possible the behavior you are experiencing. If you are receiving an error message, include the text of the error message verbatim, or use a screenshot, as well as any necessary steps to reproduce the error message.
