Microsoft Teams is a useful tool for communicating and collaborating. One benefit to Microsoft Teams is using the application to set up professional meetings.

To schedule a Teams meeting in Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook and click Calendar
  2. Click "New Teams Meeting" from the top ribbon

  3. Add participants, subject and meeting date/time
  4. Click Send.
