Microsoft Teams is a useful tool for communicating and collaborating. One benefit to Microsoft Teams is using the application to set up professional meetings.
To schedule a Teams meeting in Outlook:
- Open Outlook and click Calendar
- Click "New Teams Meeting" from the top ribbon

- Add participants, subject and meeting date/time
- Click Send.
