It is possible to connect personal computers to the Rose-Hulman print server and use Rose-Hulman printers. Every computer is different but these basic instructions will work for most laptops.
For Windows 10:
- Connect your computer to the Eduroam wireless network.
- In Cortana Search, type \\print.rose-hulman.edu. You may be prompted to provide your Rose-Hulman username and password to connect to the print server.
- After you are connected to the print server, a list of printers will be displayed. Double click on the printer that you would like to connect to.
- After connection is established, you will be able to print to this printer.
For Windows 7:
- Connect your computer to the Eduroam wireless network.
- Open Windows Explorer

- In the Search bar type \\print.rose-hulman.edu. You may be prompted to provide your Rose-Hulman username and password to connect to the print server.
- After you are connected to the print server, a list of printers will be displayed. Right click on the printer that you would like to connect to and click Connect.
- After connection is established, you will be able to print to this printer.
