Outlook Calendar Meetings are scheduled appointments that include colleagues. Outlook can send invitations to colleagues who you would like to attend the meeting. It also can keep track of meeting responses and help schedule locations.  To create an Outlook meeting, please do the following:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click the Calendar Tab.
  3. Click the Home Tab.
  4. Click the New Meeting Button.
  5. A meeting box will open. Click the To Button to invite colleagues to the meeting.
  6. Input the Subject, Location, Meeting Start and End Times and any Notes you would like to make.
  7. Click the Rooms Button to schedule a specific meeting room.
  8. Click Send. The meeting invitations will be sent and the meeting will be scheduled on your calendar.
