Laptops purchased from RHIT EIT are upgradeable, but all service needs to be done through EIT to ensure that the warranty is not voided. Consualt EIT before purchasing a upgrade. If you purchase additional RAM or a new hard drive, Service Desk personnel would be glad to perform the installation for you. Just bring your laptop and the purchased upgrade to the Service Desk during normal business hours (Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm) for assistance.
